        Basically you absorb energy of a fall by slapping the ground just before impact. You can reduce a fall, by about 2/3, if you do it well!

                Yes, the fall is the very core skill, without it, Judo is Dangerous!

                My work time is fluid. I am able to work after midnight, most days. that is handy.
