He screwed up, it was his fault! He missed his break fall....
I sparred with her some, she was Quick! I was more careful on the falls. I am heavier, so she had a harder time with me on altitude, LOL; but she did well. He was out for a couple of weeks.
You had to respect every girl in that class!

sir smithlabs....but you need to be able to disable them enough so that you have time to run away and actually get away. It drives me nuts on tv when they finally get someone down and run away and the guy just jumps right up because they didn't do anything but get him down for a second.
