Talking about alternatives the other day… Now we need an urgent alternative to corporate media.
The Swamp (or the Deep State), faced with a certain loss in the information war, reached out for its ultimate weapon: Censorship! Our @leecamp just reported that US Government sanctions regarding Venezuela has hit the primary source of TeleSUR’s funding, effectively taking off air an excellent “Empire Files” show hosted by Abby Martin.
His first instinct was an appeal for help through GoFundMe and Patreon, but unfortunately, he did not consider a natural solution to the problem — making a network on blockchain platforms that would generate income and effectively fight censorship. Why not call her to Steemit for a start? Why not show her Zappl? Or Minds.com? Oh, look, she is on a Minds.com!
And that is not the first censorship attack on Martin’s “Empire Files”. In April this year YouTube Censored Empire Files' interview with Max Blumenthal on Israeli Militarism. How about trying DTube and DLive?
I have already been sending here some of her excellent reporting, and I can still recommend watching all of this…
