The UK Supreme court has opened hearing case, as lawyers put up a motion to rule on Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s “suspension” — or prorogation — of Parliament Brexit session. You wouldn’t believe, but the name of the lawyer who challenged the decision is David Panic!
Your @lighteye tried to keep you up with all the bizarre things surrounding Brexit in the last 10 months (the links are just below the Julian Assange pic), but as the no-deal date is closing, ‘bizarre’ qualification seems like a quite an understatement. The “elite”, that is corporate driven bureaucracy, done everything they could to prevent Brexit, and still their chances are minimal. Asking from the UK Supreme court to declare that Johnson’s prorogation was unlawful is just another act of pure desperation, and, yes — panic! They could accept Johnson’s call for a snap elections or pull the PM non-confidence vote, but they know they would lose both. And now, Boris Johnson is sailing between the people’s will for Brexit and the “elite’s” fear that Jeremy Scarecrow Corbyn could get in 10 Downing Street like Incredible… or shall we say Noncredible Hulk towards the October 31st…

The UK Justice System is broken beyond repair, as we can see from the case of Julian Assange. And if it isn’t, the decision of the UK Supreme court won’t change a thing since there’s not enough time for a rational solutions any more. All they can do is — to organize a big fireworks on October 31st…
