Yes, I'm not sure other than finding and eliminating Google and other culprits anti competition practices. It's obviously a major problem.

Youtube for example, in much the same way a country can subsidize and industry and make it very hard to compete with it in an open market, Youtube hosting videos at a loss is very hard to compete with.

Certainly above my pay grade but I suspect there could be a move to make access, "bandwidth" on the internet a public utility. After all, NARPA was funding by US tax payers, so I suppose the case could be made that we own it, minus all the innovation that gives us the internet as we know it.

Interesting times.....
