More odd happenings at The Oroville Dam overnight...and other CA dams in trouble too.

The latest from the rumor mill has it that the work crews have BUGGED OUT. The California Department of Water Resources (DWR), of course, has issued no new information, if true.

I was NOT able to monitor the webcams myself last night and can not verify this claim.

There was also a "burp" in the data stream last night, when the numbers did not do their normal hourly update until and hour later, and with about .8" of rainfall over the catchment area overnight NO INCREASE IN REPORTED INFLOWS AS OF YET. This, even though DWR is admitting .55 inches fell during the night, with the National Weather Service predicting .6" more today.

This lack of inflow increase, despite the steady rain, is unexpected, to say the least, and must be verified by independent visual observation when the sun comes up.

I am also no believer in "remote viewers" unless they are CHRISTIANS WITH A PERFECT RECORD, and then the proper title is "prophet," but this (or tomorrow) is the day one prominent one says she saw the dam collapse.

I would DEFINITELY GET OUT OF THE DOWNSTREAM area of this dam until later today, and until we can get visual observations of the water level to confirm there has been no increase in the water lever the past FULL DAY NOW, as DWR is claiming.

UPDATE FIVE HOURS AFTER POSTING THE INFO ABOVE:

CONFIRMED...No one working at the dam this morning. I have been monitoring this dam EVERY DAY for two months, and have NEVER SEEN IT THIS QUIET UP THERE. Heck, they even had crews working up there at 2AM Easter morning.

CONFIRMED... No backside view showing actual water levels. The last view--a small quarter-screen view-- went into permanent pause mode last night, making the less-informed susceptible to thinking it is live if they don't look closely.

CONFIRMED...Reported water elevation and water inflows DO NOT MATCH WITH REPORTED RAINFALL TOTALS, even the scaled-back rainfall totals DWR IS USING. This could mean the dam is fuller than being reported.

I'm not saying this is what is happening, but these things are exactly what one might expect to occur were a planned false flag underway, and the perps not wanting the victims fleeing before they are inundated.

VERY LATE UPDATE...9 hours after this post went up.

DWR HAS RESTORED a 1/4-screen view of the reservoir, and, thankfully there is no major obvious elevation rise BEYOND the numbers they are reporting. It's hard to believe, but the live webcam has a running time/date stamp, so it sure looks legit. Is more water being diverted/outflown somewhere than they are reporting...?

ALSO...some are saying that there are several FEMA homes for those displaced by the Camp Fire set up above the dam that may have something to do with reports of "FEMA staging" in the area.

Still ZERO activity at the dam though, which we haven't seen since the original failure back in 2017. Some type of work stoppage?...Is Kiewit getting sick of DWR mis-statements, or something?
