Oroville Dam reaches within 6" of new high-water mark for '19..as they livestream a hen house instead of the reservoir.

This is unacceptable behavior, by whomever...DWR...DWC...Youtube...whomever ; AND...at the very time we need visual confirmation of the reservoir water levels the most.

The people running this operation are truly SICK.

P.S. The emergency spillway would be leaking pretty good again at the joint at the top where it always begins to leak pretty hard where the new cement was added once we get close to 895' (or 6" from overtopping the ES.)

We are currently approaching 894.90.' When we pass 895.37" we will be into uncharted territory for this "repaired" dam.
