They have given serial downvoters nearly unlimited power to do whatever this THING-PERSON-ACCOUNT is doing...the right for one member to vote down every post another makes, without any cost, without the victim having any chance of fending it off, fighting back, or even communicating with the censor.
They could very easily limit downvoting, or ELIMINATE IT if they wanted to. They don't want to, apparently.
