Pharmaceutical Poisons: Lexapro (One Time Use!).

Escitalopram is an SSRI, and is widely over-prescribed for many different issues it's not even intended to solve. It alters brain structure within 12 hours of the initial dose, and despite all the bullshit that your doctor will give you it's not safe. I would recommend looking into phenibut for sleep or anxiety related problems, as long as you make sure to do proper research on it (even though it's less dangerous than Lexapro IME). Good luck!

Yeah dude, the whole mental health industry is pretty screwed up right now. You’re better off just meditating for 30 minutes a day, doing your own research, and finding substances that actually work without taking megadoses of sketchy shit like ssris that are “safe” based on flawed studies. Escitalopram induced one of the most powerful euphoric experiences I have ever come across, and I will never take it again.
