The term Extradition refers to the act making someone return for trial to another country or state where they have been accused of doing something illegal. Cambridge English Dictionary

This is one of the highest laws of the land and the most difficult one to punish someone using Extradition law for being involved in crime related offenses.

Hong Kong was to face this challenging Extradition Law, whether or not it would be passed early this year. The situation of the Extradition Law raised a lot of debates among almost the people of Hong Kong, due to many implications the Law may cause.

Many protests have led to the City of Hong Kong due to the Extradition Law, which is a stronge law which could have aggravated the current predicament of Hong Kong now. And I'm even having the feeling that this laws could caused so many troubles as the people of Hong Kong were opposing enactment of the Law. It reflected in my mind what could have resulted, should Extradition Law has passed in Hong Kong as follows:

.....The Extradition Law could have tarnished the reputation that Hong Kong is having now. "There is the saying that good name is better than riches. And one peaceful cow is better than having thousands leapards" Hong Kong is known to be a developed City in terms of many products, infrastructure and technology. Having been tagged with the Extradition can reduce the relationship and hope that many countries are having with Hong Kong.

..... Freedom and stability could have shaken in Hong Kong should the Extradition Law come to stay. Hong Kong is already seeking for human right and justice for long time. The Extradition Law will mean that there will no freedom for many people, since any little mistake committed can lead to crime suspect tantamount the break of Extradition Law. This will also put a lot fear and panic on people not to express their human right. It will also show that the Laws will be in the hands of only the law makers, suppression other stakeholders of government body, leading to dictatorship.

......The Extradition Law will break good relationship with other nations. Many nations would suspect Hong Kong having bad records of criminal offenses should the Law has passed. Especially, traders and investors will think of risking their human life. If this happen, exports and imports duties would stand still. No one would like to commit himself of being victim of for instance cases of fraud, financial losses, murder or any other forms of criminal offenses.

.....There may be polical and Democratic unbalanced. Democracy is to be for the people, and people for Democracy. Then, where lies democracy whiles people are extradited? If due to political favoritism people should be put in trial in another country, the democracy is failing to work. Why not the same homeland but different mainland? There should be a polical and democratic balance for the people to have people and stability.

.......The victims who have been charged for Extradition Law would feel socially outcastes and maltreated. It is obvious that living in your own mainland is different from living in someones land. Some of the privileges to enjoy living in land wouldn't be the same as living in someone's land. Youay be molested and maltreated. Many of these people who should victims for trials in other country may live with sorrow and ban or outcast.

Now the review of the Extradition Law:

Hong Kong is free from the Extradition Law which was pending since it was read in 3rd April 2019source, not until mention again by the Law Court of Hong Kong. I believe this is good news to all of us, not Hong Kong alone. Because many Countries spoke against the Extradition Law implementation, among these countries are US, UK and many others. The simple explanation to this withdrawal of this law is in line with the effects I have come out with. We hope for no further of this Extradition Law in Hong Kong it has been withdrawn.
