The Clinton Crime Family: The Breakdown Begins

[I'm not taking the list necessarily in order for two reasons: First, several of these entities are interwoven as you will see in the Hong Kong/Haiti dealings. Second, it's more understandable (at least for me) to combine the Giustra/Clinton foundations and also the ACCESO Funds]

In the next several posts I'm going to attempt to address the list of subsidiaries listed by Corey Lynn in her article. To avoid confusion it's important to understand that all of the myriad of organizations (NGO's) companies, etc., all operate under the umbrella of the Clinton Foundation, or officially the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation (BHCCF or CF for short). All are separate, but function as subsidiaries of the parent foundation. One item that's important to bear in mind- one I've mentioned before- the CF (the parent foundation) is chartered for one purpose and one purpose only... to raise money for the William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Library. Nowhere in its charter is there any mention of it being a philanthropic institution. In reality this cluster of organizations serves but one purpose- to raise money... money with one purpose- to enrich the Clintons (legally or otherwise seems not to be a consideration) According to an interview with Charles Ortel, Wall St. analyst and Clinton investigator:

 "Under US law, a nonprofit corporation must serve carefully-defined purposes exclusively that actually are 'tax-exempt' if it wishes to qualify and afford donors the ability to deduct contributions made from their federal income tax returns," 

 In addition, a federally tax-exempt nonprofit corporation must check with individual state laws and comply with these if it wishes to offer donors the further chance to deduct contributions from their state income tax returns...  The Clinton Foundation— first called The William J. Clinton Presidential Foundation— was organized for the tax-exempt purposes of operating a presidential archive and research facility in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Clinton Family Foundation

One of the more interesting of these organizations is the Clinton Family Foundation or CFF. What sets this apart from the others is that this is the foundation through which the Clintons actually donate to causes close to them. It serves another purpose in that it's the model for how all of the other foundations operate. It's brilliantly set up to perpetuate the illusion of being a charity- they do donate through the CFF predominantly to the other Clinton owned foundations. For example, in 2017 the CFF donated $1.8 million (roughly half of what it took in) to the CF. This is the beauty of the organizational structure as a whole... one foundation/company acts as a slush fund for the others. I guess the old adage is true- charity does indeed begin at home.

The CFF also donates to several "causes" as well- the schools and colleges attended by the Clintons themselves get some remunerations. Also the American Lawyers Guild, a favorite cause of Hillary and front for the Communist Party USA gets funds along with the Children's Defense Fund (CDF). The CDF was founded in the early 1970's by Marian Wright Edelman ids the NGO that created the "epidemic of child abuse" hoax that eventually led to President Bill Clinton signing the Safe Families Act in 1997. Hillary served as Chair of the organization up until she became First Lady. The group itself is made up of old professional activists left over from the 1960's.

The CFF serves another purpose other than raising money... it also acts as a go-between for activists around the world, putting one group of left-wing causes in touch with others of the same ilk... a sort of clearinghouse for left-wing political causes.

The William J. Clinton Charitable Trust

The William J. Clinton Charitable Trust is another sub-cluster of the CF, but serves the same purpose as the overall organization, "to work on foundation programs." (raise money) The WJCCT, as is the rest of the CF is broken down according to purpose or region (sphere of influence). For example, there is the William J. Clinton Charitable Trust- Kenya that raised funds for a water purification project. There is also the WJCCT- UK and the William J. Clinton Foundation Insalingsstiftelse in Sweden. These are all a part of the CF but operate separately. One thing worth noting- when one of these entities is dissolved, the funds go to other foundation entities and not back to the donors... donating to the Clinton Foundation in its many guises is strictly a one way street. Like I said before- the CF has one purpose, raising money (for the Clintons).

 The Clintons have established three other separate, foreign foundations as part of their BHCC Foundation [CF]. It has created the William J. Clinton Foundation Charitable Trust in Kenya, Africa, to work on foundation programs, in addition to two foreign foundations whose primary activity is “fundraising.” The William J. Clinton Foundation UK is domiciled in London, while the Clinton Foundation Insalingsstiftelse is domiciled in Stockholm, Sweden. 

 All of these foreign foundations, while legally separate, are controlled by the BHCC Foundation. The existence of each ought to raise many questions, given Hillary Clinton’s service as Secretary of State. Given the long, shared history of the United States and Great Britain, a separate Clinton Foundation tasked with fundraising in the UK is at least superficially plausible. A separate fundraising arm in Sweden seems more curious, though. 

In 2014 the CF opened a new subsidiary, this one in Hong Kong. To anyone familiar with the Clinton's dealings with the Chinese- going back to selling military technology during Bill's presidency and/or during Hillary's tenure as Sec. of State, this should come as no real surprise. Coincidently, in 2014 the Clinton Foundation- Haiti middlemanned a deal between the Haitian government and Hong Kong based Giant Dragon, a recycling operation interested in purchasing Haiti's trash. Sustainable Recycling Solutions Haiti (a subsidiary of the Digicel Group) was born. Four years later, the Haitian people seem not to have benefited in any tangible way despite a whopping $28,000 donation from the CF. On the other hand, as a part of the CGI, Digicel is opening a $45 million resort hotel (instead of 150 schools that were promised). It's as yet unclear how much the CF benefitted, but the Hong Kong branch of their foundation seems a perfect mechanism for laundering money- particularly since the CGI has come under close scrutiny recently.

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI)

This is not the first evidence of malfeasance in the organization... in fact in comparison it may very well pale in scope to the AIDS/HIV scandal in Africa. Coupled with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation the CHAI  sold watered-down, ineffective vaccines purchased from an Indian pharmaceutical company to organizations in sub-saharan Africa. The Gates Foundation is dedicated to depopulating the world, so it comes as no surprise that they were involved; and because money was involved I guess it should come as no surprise that the Clintons were as well. NGO's, corporations, the UN and world governments have been exploiting the third world for centuries... the only thing that changes is which natural resources are being exploited. The philanthropic foundations (NGO's) make hundreds of millions of dollars if not more running cover for corrupt mega-corporations while the UN provides the muscle to enforce it... I call it the Africa Model and the CF should be the poster child for the corruption and lack of human empathy that embodies it.

The "Africa Model" operates on the assumption that people of color- particularly blacks- are stupid, corrupt and incompetent- sub-human. The global corporations fund radical groups and provide them arms. When the country is ravaged the UN steps in as "peacekeepers" and ensures "open and honest elections." They pick a military strongman and only allow his party to vote, so he's elected "by an overwhelming majority." He in turn makes a fortune allowing the corporations to strip his nation of natural resources until he builds up a sizable "retirement fund" and then goes into exile in Europe. Then the cycle begins again. The Clintons and their foundation have been a part of this since its inception. In Nigeria it was with the Chagoury Brothers and oil. In different countries the resources may be different but the model is the same... exploit- exploit- exploit. To maintain a facade of philanthropy, the NGO's spend as little as possible to maximize profits. This is how the CHAI exploited sub-saharan Africa.

 The Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation likely partnered with a corrupt drug company producing “watered down” HIV/AIDS drugs for African patients in exchange for donations to the foundation and million-dollar consulting contracts for Bill Clinton, a new congressional report states. 

 The foundation partnered with the Indian drug manufacturer Ranbaxy in 2003 to procure cheap HIV/AIDs drugs for African patients. Ranbaxy deceived the U.S. government into buying watered-down drugs in multi-billion-dollar deals likely negotiated by the foundation, according to a September 2016 report by Rep. Marsha Blackburn’s (R-TN) office. Her website summarized the report’s key findings in this way: 

• The Clinton Foundation likely facilitated the distribution of watered down HIV/AIDS medications in sub-Saharan Africa through its Health Access Initiative.
• “The distribution of watered down HIV/AIDS medications in sub-Saharan Africa may have increased patient mortality rates.
• “Watered down HIV/AIDS [anti-retrovirals] were purchased with taxpayer money … as a result of price agreements, some of which were likely negotiated by the Clinton Foundation.
• “President Clinton was personally enriched with million dollar consulting contracts by a friend of convicted felon, and Ranbaxy advocate, Rajat Gupta from 2002­–2008.”

Ranbaxy pled guilty to seven felonies and paid a $500 million fine... Bill Clinton was paid to give a speech in Mumbai...

 The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) and another foundation affiliate also received more than $556 million in 2006 alone from UNITAID, a United Nations group half-funded by a tax on airplane tickets paid by travelers worldwide, the online news site WND reported in 2015. This is how corruption works.

The CF claims to have been fighting AIDS/HIV in Africa as early as 2002 under the leadership of Bill Clinton and Ira Magaziner, neither of whom were listed as directors, officers or even trustees in the organization. Once again, according to Martel:

 Never having amended its Articles of Incorporation, using persons whose roles are not clearly defined and explained and failing to report the financial consequences of activities (inside and outside the United States) are each fatal flaws in any argument asserting that the Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative was, at any time, legally organized, anywhere.

In October 2003 the charity inked agreements with four antiretroviral (ARV) drug manufacturers Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Ltd. of Johannesburg, South Africa; Cipla Ltd., of Mumbai, India; Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, of Delhi, India; and Matrix Laboratories Ltd. of Hyderabad, India

As documented before these drugs were ineffective, a situation that might have been avoided is there was at least one trained medical professional attached to the foundation... no evidence has been presented that there were any... like I've said before- the CF is concerned with one thing and one thing alone- raising money. This is undoubtedly why Bill Clinton continued to praise Ranbaxy's "stellar contribution" to the Clinton Foundation's "fight" against HIV/AIDS. The more you contribute, the more praise you receive. The Clintons are experts at parsing words... it is evident to anyone paying attention that the "stellar contribution" refers to the money paid to the foundation, not any effectiveness against AIDS/HIV, as their serum was bogus from the start.

 "This behavior is even more curious when you understand that the Clinton Foundation apparently signed an agreement by October 2003 to promote the sale and distribution of Ranbaxy drugs, that Rajat Gupta (then a senior McKinsey consultant) apparently was compensating Bill Clinton and reimbursing the Clinton Family for expenses via an entity called Mindspirit LLC from 2002 through 2008, and that McKinsey and McKinsey executives had close working ties to Ranbaxy and to others in the generic pharmaceutical industry," Ortel elaborated.
