Aldous Huxley and his (CIA manuals) books!
I always had serious doubts that books like he wrote were just based on fiction, I also note how a lot of the fodder inside them is used by the CIA & other governments around the world, especially the UK. Speaking of which, the latter get a mention in this leak/conversation I am referring to on the Wikileaks site!.
The page I am going to link on here for you the reader to take a look at, specifically ties him into the CIA via the UK secret services & the MK ultra project via a reporter who claims to have info via FOI requests, the leak is a conversation between Hodding Carter & Jeff Dieterich. My aim here is not to make you agree with what I have to say, that never leads to a good place, I would much rather present the evidence, show you the link, and let you make up your own mind. I will though still be offering some thoughts along the way.
The sentence below is contained in the link that is at the end in green named simply link.
Question - HODDING, OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS MY PUBLICATIONS HAVE OBTAINED DOCUMENTS LARGELY FROM GOVERNMENT AGENCIES THROUGH FOIA REQUESTS. THEY DOCUMENT THAT THIS CULT AND OTHER CULTS LIKE IT ARE NOT RELIGIOUS, BUT WERE DELIBERATE SYNTHETIC CREATIONS PART OF A SERIES OF PROJECTS THAT INCLUDED THE MK-ULTRA OPERATION, THAT WAS RUN THROUGH BRITISH INTELLIGENCE CONTROL OVER A SECTION OF THE CIA, WAS RUN THROUGH ALDOUS HUXLEY AND GREGORY BATES OUT OF PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA. SINCE THIS INFORMATION IS IN THE HANDS OF VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, IS THE STATE DEPARTMENT LOOKING AT THE ANGLE THAT

HAPS THIS WAS NOT A RELIGION AT ALL AND, THEREFORE, DOES NOT COME UNDER THE KINDS OF RIGHTS THAT A RELIGION WOULD HAVE? AND I WOULD LIKE TO RAISE THE QUESTION AGAIN OF THE TERRORIST IMPLICATIONS, BECAUSE IT APPEARS NOW THAT THAT INFORMATION IS BEING BROUGHT OUT BY PEOPLE WHO WANT TO GIVE A COVER TO THE OUTBREAK OF TERRORISM AS SOME KIND OF SPONTANEOUS UPRISING BY THESE KINDS OF CULTS. NOW, THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS QUESTION, AND I THINK THE STATE DEPARTMENT HAS AVOIDED IT FOR TWO WEEKS.
Answer. I THINK IT IS A SERIOUS QUESTION. I THINK QUESTIONS WERE ASKED SERIOUSLY YESTERDAY, ALLEGING SOMETHING CONSIDERABLY DIFFERENT, WHICH IS THE POSSIBILITY OF IT BEING COMMUNIST INSPIRED AND RUN. I MEAN THERE ARE ANY NUMBER OF POSSIBILITIES. MY PROBLEM WITH ALL OF THESE, LAURA, IS THAT WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION OF A RATHER UNPRECEDENTED, DRAMATIC AND TRAGIC EVENT, AND I CAN'T SIT HERE AND GIVE A RUNNING COMMENTARY ON HOW THAT INVESTIGATION IS GOING.
The genuinely inquisitive will find that leak intriguing for oh so many reasons, if you are able to put a puzzle or two together, again I am giving the info, you do your own digging.
Lets get into his books shall we.
- Brave new world.
Well it does not take a genius to see how that (manual) book has worked to perfection does it, so hardly worth any more effort to describe unless someone lives under a rock.
If the books were manuals, one can only hope his last book does in fact play out.
In his final novel, Island (1962), Huxley created a utopian, free-spirited paradise, the opposite of Brave New World. Island’s warning about religious fanaticism's, massive military power, and the geopolitical importance of oil were prophetic. Source
- The Doors of Perception 1954.
Was/is a book about the drug culture, and especially the use of acid or LSD if you prefer, the CIA used this in various experiments, as did the UK (not so) secret service.
LSD experiments as part of the MKULTRA program of the CIA.
TheDoors of Perception“ from 1954, in which he describes his mescaline (a psychoactive substance) self-experiments, was a cult book of the counterculture, which has its origins in the 1950’s. The famous band “The Doors” is named after the book.
It is now known that many of the early protagonists of the counterculture participated in LSD experiments as part of the MKULTRA program of the CIA. So, for example, Ken Kesey 1, author of „One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest“ and founder of the „Merry Pranksters“ who popularized LSD in the US with their parties, the so-called Acid Tests. Or Robert Hunter2, an American lyricist, and singer-songwriter, translator, best known for his work with Grateful Dead. No prominent figure of the counterculture was Ted Kaczynski, who also participated in the LSD experiments 3 and later became notorious as the Una Bomber – In the good old days of homegrown terrorism. - The Legacy of the CIA’s Secret LSD Experiments on America
Newly unclassified information blows wide the U.S. government's covert operation to dose hundreds of unwitting Americans with LSD in the 1950s and '60s. here.

Whole village of people given LSD with dire consequences here, they had no idea they had taken it. Here
A 50-year mystery over the 'cursed bread' of Pont-Saint-Esprit, which left residents suffering hallucinations, has been solved after a writer discovered the US had spiked the bread with LSD as part of an experiment.
French bread spiked with LSD in CIA experiment
An American investigative journalist has uncovered evidence suggesting the CIA peppered local food with the hallucinogenic drug LSD
In 1951, a quiet, picturesque village in southern France was suddenly and mysteriously struck down with mass insanity and hallucinations. At least five people died, dozens were interned in asylums and hundreds afflicted.
For decades it was assumed that the local bread had been unwittingly poisoned with a psychedelic mould. Now, however, an American investigative journalist has uncovered evidence suggesting the CIA peppered local food with the hallucinogenic drug LSD as part of a mind control experiment at the height of the Cold War.
The mystery of Le Pain Maudit (Cursed Bread) still haunts the inhabitants of Pont-Saint-Esprit, in the Gard, southeast France.
On August 16, 1951, the inhabitants were suddenly racked with frightful hallucinations of terrifying beasts and fire.
One man tried to drown himself, screaming that his belly was being eaten by snakes. An 11-year-old tried to strangle his grandmother. Another man shouted: "I am a plane", before jumping out of a second-floor window, breaking his legs. He then got up and carried on for 50 yards. Another saw his heart escaping through his feet and begged a doctor to put it back. Many were taken to the local asylum in strait jackets.
I thought I had more time to write this, though family duty calls.
So I made it part 1 and shall return to write it another day, entitled part 2 lol. Seriously though, if you fail to see a connection between his writings and the world around you, not only now, more over the last 50 or 60 years, then no matter what I write, you will never believe me anyway.
Good timing, I have been doing a series on the CIA and their love of (starting) cults. I will have my next installment out in the next day or two. It is very time consuming as there is enough to write books on this, so trying to figure out how to condense and not lose most of the impact is not easy.
Nice work my friend.

Cheers my friend, and that in part was why I wrote this, as you are also. Two covering a topic opens up more minds I hope, and may make a few more take interest or participate, you never know, here is hoping.

All is superb here, it is time though I have a limited amount of with the farm, fixing up our winter apartment, a 7 year old that has classes for art, physio therapy etc etc, so yep time is my limiting factor now. So writing for 2 or 3 hours is a luxury I simply do not have.
Thanks for reading my friend.

Glad to hear that all is well with you and family. "First things first" as the saying goes...any chore we do for our loved ones, is certainly not a sacrifice...in the long run, we benefit by it.

Interesting, I don't know the name Huxley but I recognize some of the others you speak about. I also don't know the extent of these experiments but none of them surprise me. Looking forward to part 2!
