There is obviously something else at play. Who stands to benefit, and this could be difficult as so many have piled on this opportunity.
However if you aligned those that could pull this off with who has the most to gain, it would be a short list.

A short list of EVIL people, including the WHO (in my humble opinion) who bent their own rules to call this a pandemic!
And something is in play, with the Covid 19 virus to blame for any damage...real safe criminal action plan!
