After a bill is offered to President Trump that finances 55 miles of border wall, Nancy Pelosi takes off the gloves and adds a poison pill of capping prison beds for violent Illegal invaders that she calls immigrants!
This exposes that she is demanding open borders, with no restrictions on imported criminals! When people understand this fact, she will get into real trouble with voters!

So she is trying to force a second government shut down, after she came out so badly on the last one, and President Trump saw popular poll gains!
WHY would anyone that beat herself up so badly the last time want to go right back and try it again? Is she so insulated from the Real World to think this will work for her?
