In New Jersey, in two days, if you do not turn in you magazines that hold in excess of 10 rounds, you have committed a crime! The Third Circuit Court, has ignored the US Constitution, and made a ruling that will be overturned! In the mean time, if they can pull a bunch of magazines off of the street, they have managed to make their state less safe!

Our Second Amendment says:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms,
shall not be infringed.
Thinking about the Second amendment, especially the part that says Shall not be infringed;I find myself wondering if these judges have ever even read these documents! If they did, they did NOT understand them at all!
This is what passes for legal thinking in New Jersey!
