Somehow, an Illegal process has crept into our legal system. In Family courts, they will seize your firearms, without due process. This can happen from perjury, and they do nothing about the perjurer! The accused has to PROVE that they are not guilty or they permanently loose their right to have firearms. If they prove they are innocent, the court dismisses the case, and NOTHING is done to the liar that caused the problem!

Innocent until proven guilty, does NOT exist in family courts today, now they are trying to expand this to general law! This violates the Constitution, and can not be allowed!
I Ohio they have responded in a legal way to a requests by the Ohio supreme court; for public input. They crashed their email servers...twice; then they flooded their switchboard, and shut it down! State level supreme court judges are elected; we just got rid of a liberal judge a week ago, and retained the Conservative! So they are on Notice that they will be out of a job, if they rule against the Constitution; and it will be appealed, successfully!
We need to use this method here, and there; if this raises it's ugly head locally! NO MORE COMPROMISE with liberals! They want to go places no sane person would want to live. Since they apparently can NOT think; we will have to do the thinking for everyone!

I've been seriously wondering if the 2nd ammendment might be appoaching its time to shine. If the goverment contines to vilote the constitution (or even tries to take away God granted rights) we may need to fight back with our rights the way the founding fathers intended.

The Founding Fathers intended that we recover the Republic from liberal hacks that push us too hard; using the second amendment! They were wise back then, to give us the tools we need to save ourselves!
You are right also in that these rights are from GOD, and not from an overbearing government! Which means they do not have the right to limit our access to these same rights!

I think the results in 2020 or 2024 will be the force to push us to the path of reconciliation and rebuild in the country. Or to civil war. But only time will truly tell. Now, I pray. But If we might fight to defend our rights, I pray I and others who believe in what this country was founded on and not this reborn psudeo-socialism/communism are prepared to give our lives in defense of those values. Because it's our values that have bound us as a nation for many years. And it's our values that have been under attack for years and the loss of which is destroying our country.
