Police in New Jersey tried to intimidate and confiscate a Veteran's firearms, illegally; but he knows his rights and refuses. Apparently they get a lot of people to surrender their firearms by intimidation, violating their second amendment rights!

WE need to Know our rights, and just tell them no! They will step on your face, if you allow it! So stand on your rights, or forever loose them!
If they take your firearms, you have given them them a full inventory of you firearms. And you better believe that they are keeping track! THAT Information is NONE of their business! Protect yourself now, to remain less visible later; it could save your life, when the SHTF!
So remember that police will use intimidation to grab your firearms, unless you point out the fact that that practice is unconstitutional! Know your second-amendment rights and use them to counter police intimidation; using these Constitutional Rights!

There needs to be Legal repercussions for the department involved! This needs to get expensive! If a woman is actually at risk, I am in favor of protective custody, and a Fast trial response. But we MUST keep the Constitutionally Innocent until Proven Guilty as the foundation of our legal system.
IF we have to jail Police (they do have a hard job) to stop this affront to Justice, that is where we might have to go. IF that happens, those that ordered them in need to share the same cell!

This is becoming comon. I have a sister in law that perjured herself, and they came for my guns. I gave them to my son in law, and that was acceptable, but I lost their use, for months.
I had a witness, so when it did go to court, it was cleared, but they did NOTHING to her for the perjury! AND it cost me thousands of dollars in legal costs.
They are trying to move to French Law where you are guilty until Proven innocent!

I had power of attorney with her Mother. She was stealing money from her Mom, so I brought her to my home, and locked up the bank account. She still hates me, even though she took $20,000.00+ from her Mother....
She is feces, and a drug addict!
But at least when Colorado legalized pot, she moved there, so I am rid of her for now.

She filled out a complaint in family court, saying I pulled a gun on her. I had a witness that I did not. BUT in that court system, you are guilty, until you can Prove you are not!
I found out when I took her Mother down to file a restraining order on her and her Son for beating her Mother. THAT was accurate and was granted. Hers was vacated, and I got my guns back.
The single gun I surrendered, was disassembled when I got it back. they even took the magazine apart.
She has never been an Okie, she is for herself, and nothing else...100% of the time.

I understand that all family courts are the same. French law is unconstitutional, as it removes due process.
This is a cancer in our legal system! The other bad part, is they ignore Perjury! That allows vindictive attacks to be done safely!
This is federal I think.
