He is actually right that the only Constitutional system of Law is the elected Sheriff, and a common law court.Unlike his fool, I have talked with the local Sheriff, and asked him o consider setting this up here. He is considering it.
But his guy has NO people skills, so even though I agree with part of his rant, he does more harm than good for his cause.
Sadly, I had to begin flagging him, because he would not leave What is it this week with people that won't leave when asked? I have had to flag twice this week, for the first time in twenty months!

Well the Sheriff must simply claim the power that he has the authority to use. Most times, they kowtow to the feds, whenever they arrive.
Common law courts also need to claim the power they were allowed in the Constitution, and begin to do their jobs!

Sad, but this is where he people skills should come in. If this fool had people skills, he could use them to educate people, and those new converts could help push. But all he is good for is being a troll! So he drives off all potential help, because he is a troll!
