We all need a goal in life! I already became too burdensome for the engagement league, LOL! I wonder if it is the formatting my system does automatically that bothers him? No problem, Posting is working well for me, and it allows me to share to weku also.

Sir smithlabs! well sir...I don't know for sure, I know he changes metrics around at times. I assumed it was because of the PS number but I could be wrong. I do miss seeing you up there though. What automatic formatting system do you have? That sounds pretty nice.

Linex (Ubuntu) does auto formatting. He does not like long comments, and it is his page. I still want to focus on new accounts, and there is little focus on that. I will probably just drop the league, to focus elsewhere on newbies.

Last week my numbers were good, and I was Way down the list. He is discounting the length of comments. That is okay with me as His view of engagement is different than mine. It is okay, really. I will go back to the newbies, more fun usually, LOL!

Well it is NOT on engagement! How can you engage with someone using six word replies? Engagement is conversation, with aa person, NO throwing a sentence at someone so you can go to the next victim, er, um, ahh, person....

hahaha! I agree. I think the metrics probably need to be adjusted again. Because many of the high ranking people have almost no replies so that's not engagement.

There is no measure of the quality of the reply, and that is the actual measure of engagement. Really talking is the core of that function! Blips of words, with little meaning, is NOT engagement!

But a real conversation, with exchange of thoughts, IS Engagement! Oh Well, like I said, it is not a problem; I intend to pursue my own version of engagement. It is all good....
