    Well, I don't know how to tell about the when, I'm sure it will be tomorrow because she said she was going to bed.

    Yes, thinking beyond normal is where progress comes in. I worked with a high GPA Engineer that could NOT design his way out of a wet paper bag! He could do what he was told, but NO new concepts, period!

        I directed him for years. Then I found he was claiming credit for it, so I stopped helping. He was not happy. He was a cancer, so I went elsewhere; to a much better job. He crashed and burned.

            We had four engineers, but he was fresh out of school; so I was trying to help him. He was damaging my project when I was not there, to try to stay ahead of me. I had to disable my project every time I was through.

            But like I said, I got a better job, and he crashed and burned. Life is so good, and Karma is a Bitch, ROFLOL!
