I do not mind downvotes, if they are LIMITED, for a real need condition.
They should make joining as easy as possible! Without newbies, steemit is done for. One of the reasons I have added weku to my computer.

The fighting system was developed by theSAS, and was used in the Movie Taken. I am not sure that it even has a name.

The SAS is teh British special forces (Special Air Services). I bought the DVDs from the USCCA (US Concealed Carry Association)

From youtube, that looks like a scaled down version, that focusses on avoidance, and leverage, reminiscent of Judo (which I have not used in decades), it looks interesting, but the head move theyuse could be more effective if they drove with it. The move to drive forward after balance is taken away (they are stopping the forward momentum, but they dio Not take advantage of this by continuing that drive. If they did, they could lift the chin, and when totally over balanced; drive the back of the skull into the ground. Fight over....

Yes to Krav Maga being a reduced form of what the SAS does. When they push, and use that to take control of an altercation, they do Not use that control effectively. They concentrate on avoidance, instead of finishing a fight, after you have retaken control.

Learned how to shoot, accurately. I am a better shot now than then, but I did learn trigger protocol there.
A Girl is better served with Judo. It gives an advantage to her because she has a lower center of gravity, and the guy will think she has surrendered by letting him reach her. In truth she will be letting him come into Judo range. Judo uses the target's strength against them, and will put them on their back at a high rate of speed. We had some sweet things in that Judo class that were whistling death! :)
These others require strength, and weight she will not have.
