Not really, I offer my experience and abilities, and I charge by the hour. This will take a LONG while, it is a difficult problem to diagnose! I have History with them, so they know.
It will be expensive, but they understand that.

If you can do different things at once do you charge them even if you are working on a couple of other things at the same time you are working on their's?
