His first recommendation to our young Ladies, was to stomp the instep, breaking it, gouge the eye, run like hell, and scream FIRE!

If that didn't work, he taught them to fight like a tigeress!

        sir smithlabs....but you need to be able to disable them enough so that you have time to run away and actually get away. It drives me nuts on tv when they finally get someone down and run away and the guy just jumps right up because they didn't do anything but get him down for a second.

        I agree, the foot across the instep, if done right, will break the bone connected to the big toe.

        Also the jab to the eye, even if done badly, is very debilitating. Another move is a palm to the nose, done right it causes heavy bleeding. Such bleeding usually causes a cessation of hostilities, as the offender tries to stop the bleeding!

        So don't worry any of those moves should be enough to do the job, LOL!
