I agree, the foot across the instep, if done right, will break the bone connected to the big toe.
Also the jab to the eye, even if done badly, is very debilitating. Another move is a palm to the nose, done right it causes heavy bleeding. Such bleeding usually causes a cessation of hostilities, as the offender tries to stop the bleeding!
So don't worry any of those moves should be enough to do the job, LOL!

I practice on a dummy because it is the only Safe Way.
They say this on the video that they had a man in a martial arts suit that's padded used for sparring for martial arts and tried that move. The guy in the suit ended up in the hospital for a couple of weeks, with a bad concussion.

Whatever works suits me if that does I'm happy with it but doesn't I'm ready. Carrying a concealed weapon helps also. You should get one...go get a class and get yourself concealed carry. That way you'll be a lot safer.
