Senator Ted Cruz folds on the Red Flag law, despite his oath to uphold the Constitution!

These Red Flag laws bypass the second amendment (and several others) to allow the government to take anyones firearms with no due process! They also shield the accuser from cross examination, and thus shield them from perjury problems. These laws are rife with abuse and actually will allow the government to be their own witness, since the source is blocked. This mean that the government can disarm any citizen, at any time, in total safety! While ignoring the Fourth Amendment, as well as the Second; all this, while laughing at the right to face your accuser

Senator Ted Cruz (as well as the rest of them)took an Oath to support the Constitution! I expect liberal Senators to lie under Oath because it is in their DNA; but I did expect better from Mr Cruz....

These Red Flag laws would have been lauded by the National Socialists as a great step forward! As our Socialists follow the exact same game plan, hoping for the same results; we should study 1930s Germany, to see our future if they do manage to take power! We will all be disarmed, and then they will find a reason to kill those who oppose them. These laws are pure Evil, designed to force us all into abject servitude; to our out of control federal government!

These Red Flag "Laws", only serve to weaken the Constitution; and they damage the future of our Republic, and MUST be opposed now while we still can!
