Trump connections to Epstein

The DOJ opened an investigation into the handling of Epstein's case at the beginning of this year. See Fox News and The Miami Herald.

Trump's Secretary of Labor Alex Acosta was recently forced out over his role as the prosecutor in Epstein's case (tried in Miami).

He had secretly negotiated Epstein's ridiculous sweetheart "Powerful Democrats Only" plea bargain, while Mueller's FBI investigators lied to the victims, telling them the case was still open, and denying them even so much as the ability to enter victim impact statements.

The judge (Kenneth Maria, South District, FL) ruled that the whole thing violated the Crime Victims' Rights Act, and overturned the plea, meaning it could be tried in another district, in this case NY.

There was one exception: Donald Trump.
