This guy clearly has access to the internet. Could he not quickly Google the facts before spewing his blatantly-false nonsense and making a fool of himself?
That is very true. They are always going after their little narrative. Luckily we have the internet and understand this guy is full of shit and hot air.
I just signed up for that SteemIt chat(in the top right corner there is a drop down menu and then click on SteemIt Chat). I sent you a message on there, was wondering if you got that thing figured out we were talking about on reddit, and if there was anything else you think I could help with/work on.
Just say it on TV and a certain percentage of people will just believe it. Because a talking head said it on television. They TRUST the television, it tells them how to think. @ironshield
That is the part that I hate... Everyone paying for cable TV is paying to be brainwashed. The news is like a "Too Long Didn't Read" aka TLDR type of thing. They just put out a few minutes of whatever they want to say, and correct it weeks or months later on a Friday night show so nobody sees it(or they never do).
For the people who do take the time to read, it's the "Why we shouldn't..." or "Why we should..." newspaper articles that drive me nuts.
No more subtlety, we're just going to tell you what to think, like a command to the hive mind. The mind-controlled masses simply repeat the message to their fellow collective-member saying "We should" or "We shouldn't", then list the bullet pointed 'facts' to support their reasoning... except it's not their reasoning. They have been told what and how to think. Doesn't matter if it's true or not. Doesn't matter if it fits the actual facts or not.
As long as it fits neatly into the fantasy narrative that they have bought into, it confirms their biases and they get a little self-congratulating endorphin rush as they deceive themselves further, believing they have 'evidence' that confirms their beliefs.
God gave us brains, it's our responsibility to use them. @ironshield

in this timeline, the security guard doesn't even tell the cops where the shooter is unrtil after the shooting ceases..considering that the guard as shot, and was likely being given trauma aid, this is not all that surprising
From what I heard earlier, the room was free due to his high traffic in the casino.
makes sense
I'm still wondering why the security took so long to react after knowing exactly where the shooter was, before the main shooting started.
People either panic or tunnel vision; it is likely that hotel staff were focused on medical care for the guard; they might not have even been aware that a mass shooting was taking place for some time
911 response was going to be slow; I expect that with so many calls coming in with conflicting info, LE suffered from information overload
I was under the impression that it was an FBI HRT that took out the shooter; that would have been an amazing react time; does bring up the question of why the FBI was dealing with a LVMPD SWAT situation.
I Don't expect that the other guards were eager to take on someone that put multiple shots down range already.

Did you see the Sheriff's update?
Shooter checked in on Sept. 25th.
Shooter shot up the hallway and hit the security guard BEFORE he shot the crowd.

so we have them on the hook for two confirmed lies now; this and the check-in date,
so they don't know the motive a week later, but are sure there is no tie to international terrorism, and KNEW THAT right after the shooting
yea, OK ;>

Apparently the clarification is that he was booked for the 25th, but didn't check-in until the 28th.
Not lies, but didn't have all the correct information. I believe the Sheriff is trying to give out as much correct information as he can.

wait, so he was registered for three days before he checked in?
the hotel didnt release the room after he didn't show after the first day?
was the room paid for for the duration?
FWIW, one theory is that the FBI is trying to leave LVMPD holding the bag as far as any clusterfucks on the ground.

"I'm shot on the 32nd floor in the wing." etc... It shouldn't take 10 minutes from there for more security to arrive.
