I was having this reflection.
No interference doctrine. very fine
so it means too no support for a state in a revolutionary stage?
otherwise it would be taking side with one and not the other?
So when do you switch side with contested forces? when the winners hasn't yet taken over the whole and there are remains of the former?
what do you do when you have a lot of interests in the country being revolutionized?
will you breach your first doctrine and intervene because of those interests
or accept to lose it all in the transition?
it's important to be clear...
because it will be seen
and lies, hyprocrites.... they don't last...
it's a difficult question...
personally my current doctrine : support both side, indebt both with the little conditions that the winners take it all, the assets to repay those debts and those of the other side ... don't worry there is time... hahahaha.
