Rather than disband the irakis army, killing all the legal field (and lawmakers)?

ahaha ! I need a country to invade to test this new method...

let's think for a few seconds, what would the simulation say?

if rather than wipe the iraki army, it would have been the entire legal field (and politicians) I guess that the iraki formations would have quickly reconfigured to adapt to the new reality and it would have been possible to faster rebuild!

what do you think?
