So after Bill Maher proclaimed we need to crash the economy to get President Trump out of office, I realized I had to do something to strike back. The ironic thing is, Bill isn't even even funny anymore. Years ago, I remember watching a stand up special he did, while he had a show called Politically Incorrect, and it was pretty good. But, in the last several years would Bill Maher even want to be associated with that name? His old show used to be a clearing house of ideas. Now, he's a propaganda arm for Globalists. And it shows in his comedy. My rule for stand ups, 10 minutes and if I do not laugh, you get turned off! Bill Maher is so unfunny today, I turned him off in less than a minute the last time I tried to listen to one of his monologues.

The famous Obama Hope posterized image is easily mimicked in your favorite image editor. Do you think I was too harsh on Bill Maher here? Listed at 5'8" he might not technically qualify as a runt. But his lock-step alignment with globalist agenda makes him a tiny man in terms of honor and dignity.
How I did it:
After bringing image into your image editor, you want to posterize it to 4 levels.
Then, you will want to bring in the Obama Hope image for color reference.
Now, use the magic wand tool and select areas you want to color similar to the Hope poster. Keep doing this until you have it.
Using the font called Impact and placing a similar color you used for the coat jacket behind the text so it stands out finishes the look.
Please feel free to use this technique on whomever you feel is most obnoxious. And please spread the meme!
