See your right to timely travel on the public roads without being harassed is such a basic secured right. In fact Madison v Maybury concludes that the constitution is supreme law of the land. And the road pirate might say that driving is a privilege in that state. That's great and all but answer me this, can a state arbitrarily and erroneously convert a secured Liberty into a privilege and issue a license and a fee for it. Murdock v Pennsylvania concludes no state can arbitrarily and erroniously take a secured Liberty and turn it into a privilege and issue a license and a fee for it. And shuddles v Alabama concludes if they do arbitrarily and erroneously try to take a secured Liberty an try to turn it into a privilege and issue a license and fee for it than you can ignore the law and engage in the right with impunity. Know your constitution its yor friend in fact it's your best friend. Stand up for your rights represent yourself!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, Constitutional protections aren't worth the paper they're written upon, and government goons will harm you regardless of the law if they want to.
