That's great and all but answer me this, can a state arbitrarily and erroneously convert a secured Liberty into a privilege and issue a license and a fee for it. Murdock v Pennsylvania concludes no state can arbitrarily and erroniously take a secured Liberty and turn it into a privilege and issue a license and a fee for it. And shuddles v Alabama concludes if they do arbitrarily and erroneously try to take a secured Liberty an try to turn it into a privilege and issue a license and fee for it than you can ignore the law and engage in the right with impunity.
