Anyone with an Amazon Web Services (AWS) account may have accessed the spook's cloud-stored data.

November 2017 PCMag article describes an inadvertent disclosure about DOD collecting colossal amounts of public posts to social media and other web sites, and cloud storing the data unsecured.
