There is a big difference between Statutory Codes and Common Law. For one our heritage is Common Law and anyone who has read the The Magna Carta knows that it comes from our British heritage. Read the  Confirmatio Cartarum and it tells you straight out. Here is a screen shot of what it tells. you below (It is in Blue).

So really there is no doubt Common Law is the Law of the Land. The biggest problem with people today is not that they don't check and yeah they don't check things out for themselves. The biggest problem in modern times is a kind of new ability. Something people as little as 200 years ago couldn't do. You see 200 years ago if you had called a pig a horse, just about everyone in there right mind would have told you your wrong. Today however if you throw a uniformed badge or give the person a official sounding name, well suddenly the pig is a horse. So we will call this new ability Just Believing. 

The funny thing is about this is it is obvious that not everyone has this new ability. I once joking told the Banker where I live that they owed me 25 million Dollars and at the time I had a costume on of an official. I think it was the Ragon rubier face. Didn't work and really it wasn't even a close thing. What I did get was that roll of the eye's that I give my daughter when I know she is full of it. It is a good thing the banker new me and so did the security Guard.

I am not the only one that doesn't have this new Just Believe ability. If you read the following excerpt you will find that the good people over at National Liberty Alliance don't believe the B.S either.

So what is the  Common Law Handbook?

It is a book that will give you a good inside on exactly what common law is. I will say this about what I have read. The truth is that the logic and reason is so strong that even if you have never come in contact with Common Law before it will still make sense. I have begun to comprehend why they call Common Law Natural Law and use the terms interchangeably. In a very real sense Common Law is a manual on how the world works. You see, Truth is mandatory in Common Law. It is not only mandatory, but it makes anyone who is aware of the liar's lie's want to go out and invest in rope.

If you actually read the legislation that the fruit cakes calling themselves Senator and Congressmen have written, well you will see why they don't want to keep the contract the Constitution is. The very real problem with this however is extremely obvious. See if you can't keep the contract that you swore an Oath to keep, what makes anyone think there is a contract the Oath Breaker's can keep. There really is only one contract that everyone has to keep, and the only reason why a liar lie's is because they have no intention of keeping that one either. Yeah that would be the contract that says you can't harm anyone.

All you need do is join and take the course. In a very real way they tell you exactly what they are about. What the history is. What and where the tradition is. In fact, "Education is the cause of liberty and freedom and not the other way around." and it will never ever be any other way. Ulog #10 to illustrate what I mean when I say that together we are strong.

We could've had our children taken away. Months ago, I told my  mother about a concern I had about my depressed husband using my pills  to feel better. We had also started homeschooling. My mom or someone she  told called CPS and they saw this as cause to launch an investigation.  We did everything wrong! Against @canadian-coconut's  and many other's advice, we let them in. We told them too much. We let  them interview the children. We didn't resist when they ordered urine  tests. We were lied to about being notified of what's going on, and  about how many tests we would have to do. They invaded our privacy,  stole our dignity, and were coming up to 6 times a month to watch us pee  without any notice.

She never came!

We don't really know why. Was it because they saw my blog about them, and all the support from @familyprotection  and other friends? I don't know but something stopped them in their  tracks! It's been almost two months since she was supposed to come. It's  scary to say this because I don't want to jinx it, but I think it's  over! No more fear! No more dread! No more control!

Now let me share with you why I think they have not come back.

@snowpea blog is actually legally a journal. CPS is not a Government agency. They do not have immunity for illegal and unlawful activity. If you read @snowpea s blog you will find that they threatened her whole family and that is how they got them to pea in a cup up to six times a month. So the pea in the cup would not be admissible in court to take their children away, but it sure could be used in a law suit. It is against the law to threaten someone period. The Agent decided to go where the picking didn't include the risk of being jailed or sued period. You see even the criminals know that as individual family's we are easy picken s, but when we act as a society, the law must be followed.

So what we see here is that @snowpea  s blog journal is most likely the reason why they have not been back. So that might actually be one thing that family's who have CPS making there life miserable can do. Start making a journal blog records of what they say and do while in your presence. If they threaten you in any way, make sure you detail such. I would also invest in a great recorder that wasn't easily identified as a recorder, and start recording everything. Start investigating the claims these people make about the law. Use the recordings and see if what they say is the law ; is the law. In fact it is a really good idea to create a file and keep copies of everything and have a friend or relative you trust keep a set too.

Remember when I said this "I want to say that there is a Natural law that many people do not know about." That natural law I was talking about is simply this.

If there is more of us then them, then we get to live within our society the way we want. That is why I keep telling people to join National Liberty Alliance and take the Free Civics course. You can't put forth the law with us, unless you know what the law is.

It just so happens that truth is still very important, but in order for it to make the difference, you have to gather it as evidence. That way every time you make a claim you increase your creditability presenting the evidence. This makes taking that Free Civics course very important so that you know what evidence to gather. It also creates the opportunity to find those people who are in the thick of it, working to put forth the law. The main thing to take from this post is the idea that you are not alone. There are many Americans who will stand with you, just as there are a lot of people here on steemit that are doing everything they can to help. The one thing that everyone can do is take that Free Civics course

I want to point out something that is important.  Apart we fail against tyranny, together they fail at tyranny.  Apart and no chains are needed to enslave the individual, together and they are our willing servant. As they took an oath to be. You see if you can't keep an oath to God, than you can't keep the one Law. "Harm No One physically". If you are one of those people who don't have the new ability to Just Believe, than That Free Civics course is for you!
