How about friends of the community, I am wadih, it has been a long time since I published since I did not have enough confidence to upload some content. on this occasion I want to present my first project "The Diary of a Poor". in which I will talk a little about my life and about the situation in which Venezuela is currently, as well as how a person with few resources does to survive day to day.
The diary of a poor man begins with my story, the story in which a young man whose hopes have been destroyed for growing up in this harsh world.
As I mentioned before, I am wadih, I live in Venezuela, I am 22 years old and I study a university degree in computer science. For those who do not know, Venezuela is currently going through a great economic and political problem that has led everyone to seek better ways to earn money, That has made crime even especially by young people like me who do not have many resources and even by young people who in the past had a comfortable life but who have had to lead them astray. It is sad to see how one of the best countries in Latin America has fallen into political and social anarchy, a land without law and without hope. But still here I am trying to earn a little money honestly, money that I will invest in my studies, since I do not have enough money to continue in the career, because I require a computer which I do not have since I had it to sell to eat and help my parents.
For those who do not know Venezuela and only see what the media say, I will tell you something and I hope that if one day they come across one they will not denigrate, the average Venezuelan is poor in the eyes of other countries. I believe that a homeless from the United States has more money than a university professor from Venezuela. one where the minimum salary is $ 0.72 and the salary given by private companies is on average $ 20, this is only enough to buy a little food for a few days. In my case, I was forced to look for work since my father's job was not enough to buy food, I got a job as a night security guard and I only earned $ 3 to $ 4 a month, you can imagine how difficult it would be. is to buy food with as little as $ 4 a month.
Life in this country is hard, so many have had to flee the country to look for a better future, unfortunately I do not have the resources to leave and I would not like it either, since here there are many things that were predicted, many values and good citizenship, that is why I would like to stay and help the generations that come to not lose those values and to be good men and women, to be good people in the future and to help as much as possible to build a better country .
My plan for the future is to finish university, graduate and have my own business, it sounds a bit dreamy, doesn't it? But I think that with time and effort it can be achieved. In a few days I will be able to prepare a little more of the material of this project, I hope that with this you can imagine a little what a Venezuelan lives. Likewise, thank you very much for reading this post.
