Para mantener una vida saludabley prevenir enfermedades debemos ejercitar por lo menos una hora diaria ´para asi obtener algunos beneficios como: eliminar el estres ,la ansiedad,acelerar el metabolismo,aumentar tu calidad de vida,rejuvenecer, eliminar el estres. Hay ejercicicos simples que puedes realizar en tu casa a diario, para asi cambiar un poco tu estilo de vida.
Si hacemos ejercicicos con regularidad toleraremos mejor los esfuerzos fisicos evitando el aumento de pulsaciones y nos ayudara a aumentar mejor las situaciones de estres.
