A homemade Sunday without a fume cupboard...... Too good! Irresistible!!!!

I finally tested the "Sunday" of the famous fast food that everyone knows well.

A creamy ice cream that's perfect....

When I saw at 750 gr, the recipe, I immediately got to work, first of all, out of simple curiosity.

Then, at the moment I plunged my spoon into this dessert, I confess gladly that I loved it and I am far from being the only one.

To be redone at all possible perfumes... Let's sublimate the Sunday!!!!!

A dessert quickly made, cheap and frankly, with summer coming, what could be more dreamed of?

Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 5 minutes Freezing Time: 3 hours

Ingredients for homemade Sunday Caramel Sunday

For the ice cream:
40 cl liquid whole cream
250g sweetened condensed milk Regilait
100g chopped almonds and peanuts

For the caramel coulis:
100g powdered sugar
15 cl hot liquid cream to deglaze
50g of semi-salt butter
A little flower of salt

Whip the cream into a firm whipped cream.

Add the condensed milk gently, lifting the cream mass with a spatula.

Put in the containers of your choice and store in the freezer for about 3 hours.

Meanwhile, prepare the caramel.

Put the sugar in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Heat the sugar over medium heat until dry.

Do not touch it until blond and become liquid. Wait until the colour is amber and stop the caramel from cooking.

Heat the cream.

Pour a small portion over the caramel. Watch out for projections!

Pour the cream gradually in 3 or 4 times. stir well between each operation.

When there are only a few broths left, add the butter and the flower of salt.

Stir again until desired consistency.

You can also use ready-made caramel, which I did to use the delicious CARAMEL APPLE D' ARTHUR AND LOLA.

For the tasting, take out your glasses a little in advance, following the consitance of ice cream that you like.

Pour in caramel and add chopped peanuts or almonds.

Come closer, there will be some for everyone....
