There are two easy routes in Inktober that I actively wrestle against. First, there is an obvious image associated with a prompt. If you are asked to draw something prompted by "Chicken", you want to draw a chicken. Second, there is a Halloween or Fall theme just because it is that time of the year. Draw something ghostly or scary! Creepy or crawly. In this prompt, I may have fallen for that. Actually, in this case. I've broken both rules and am firmly trapped in the imagery of creepy crawly threat to a chicken. At least it's brave.
