Inktober Doodles - I had to join the fun! 🌀🎨✒️

I don’t know who came up with Inktober but I have really been enjoying all of everyone’s contributions. I decided to come up with my own this morning. I had been thinking about how most grownups stifle their creativity and playfulness and get into a rut of boring routine. All areas of our lives suffer when we forget how to play. We start to play it safe because we are afraid of failure or that we will be judged by the people around us.

The central figure in my drawing is a grownup...could be male if female. Inside is their energetic child wanting to come out and play.

Of course my inner child wanted to play around with this drawing, so I altered it with my Prisma app on my iPad.

Then I had to take it further and play with it in my IColorama app. It allows me to film the process so I incorporated it into this video.

Kind of trippy!
