I had the opportunity to hear stories about fungal innovation the other day. I would like to introduce some of them.

First of all, what is the basically considering innovation is cost, flexibility and feasibility. And it is important to consider quality rather than quantity.

Secondly consider the innovation of intangible assets that is possible if there is tangible asset. For example, all Africans have mobile but no bank account. It will be explosively supported if popularizing payment services that do not have bank accounts for such people. In other words, intangible assets are made into services from tangible assets.
Personal opinion, I think that this is a difficult thing to think about large-scale innovation now. Because many people must believe that they can do impossible or can not imagine. Most innovation people break heart.
It will be important to think about the essence of the problem overflowing in now. For example, do you really need to make an account at "a bank"? And so on.

Thirdly don't plan, improve(adopt). And don't ask why? ask why not?

Fourth, reduce costs (time, natural resources, financial resources) and increase economic, social and environmental value.

Fifth, customers ask for solutions that embody 5 keys attributes "Affordability, Simplicity, Sustainability, Quality, and Purpose".

Finally, consider about three levels of innovation. The first level is the product, service, process Next consider the business model. Finally find a mental model.
