*Biogases are passed through Pasteurization process (to kill bacteria biogases are heated over 70 degree Celsius)
*Gases are seized and are passed through CHP engine (Combined heat and power) and the produced electricity is used at site or can be exported
*In the pasteurization process byproduct digestate is also formed which is can be used as a fertilizer
Extracting energy from waste product:
To extract energy from waste product different technologies are used that include combustion (Combustion is a chemical process in which a substance reacts rapidly with oxygen and gives off heat.), Gasification (GASIFICATION IS A process of converting waste material into methane, carbon monoxide and hydrogen) and anaerobic digestion (anaerobic digestion is a process of fermentation used for recycling organic materials and extracting the maximum resource from the waste.)
