 The used system of artificial intelligence is the typical neural network trained by means of a huge number of photos and images. Creators of system say that they by means of aerial photographs have trained system to reveal not only sharks, but also dolphins, whales and other sea beings. its not spying if they are in public, as long as you dont fly over them or do anything unsafe; photography wise your fully within the law to video tape someone on public property. being a stickler i know :P but its not spying if its known and allowed. in all seriousness tho as a hobby drone pilot seeing what someone is doing is always the last thing on my mind when im in the air with the goggles on.

as a registered Drone pilot i cant help but get super excited every time i hear about a branch of my hobby diverting from fun in favor of possibly life saving uses. FYI! for those interested there is a federal program that allows you to apply for a federally granted UAV's to allow you to be an asset to your local law enforcment and emergency services; Ive considered applying for this program before myself.
