 In one of his speeches Ilon Musk stated that to human survival as a species, it is necessary to "merge" with machines — that is, become a cyborg. In an environment where literally the eyes changes (not for the better) climate, are being degraded ecosystem and, at the same time, preparations are under way for the first Martian mission, many such statements no longer seem like something out of the ordinary.
