Climbing Centipede

Somehow this centipede had climbed its way to the top of a ground level plant.. though not too far from the ground, it seems a precarious location to want to climb to... especially if it leaves the self exposed to other predators that can now easily spot you above the brush.. but I guess that’s not what this centipede was thinking about..

Perhaps it was too hungry to care about anything else..

Our centipedes are pretty dangerous down here...Yours too?

Seems everything can be a bit extreme in the down under. Not so much here.. although this guy had a bit of an exotic look about him..

I'm not sure if they are more venomous but they're not warm and fuzzy either... :)
