The successful career path of the former US President (Barrack Obama) has to a larger extent, remained one of the good examples of life lessons to emulate. His career journey is congruent enough to establish the fact that in ones chosen career, there are steps to follow, paths to thread and methods to adopt in pursuit of its success.
'The impetus of success is a function of PATIENCE and COMMITMENT'. Whatever definition you give to success, it is necessary to understand that its trajectory (course of development) is powered by certain factors which are keys to its attainment.
One cannot rule out the fact that the world is dynamic and fast changing in development. However, this does not mean that the natural course of being successfully fulfilled should be abridged. This is not to say there are no challenges along the way to success nevertheless, there are steps to take and ladders to climb.
'IMPATIENCE remains the greatest enemy of this young generation', the more reason people are often greeted with failure while expecting success. Those who make proper plans and set priorities stand better chance of attaining success. Those who cannot be patient while pursuing success-goals are those who often spend appreciable part of their time complaining and sharing bad experiences of life.
For this young vibrant and gifted generation, aspiring and longing to take over Leadership positions, it is equally important to learn and avoid the mistakes of the existing leaders who have failed with their calls. Doing the same thing in the same old way and expecting different result is like waiting for a ship at the airport.
