This video is approximately 2 hours in length and is comprised of counting from 1 to 2,700.
The idea is to get yourself into bed and turn it on. It’s got some pretty pictures of space-scapes but really you’re not supposed to be watching it.
The idea here is to just get comfortable and lay there with your eyes closed and let the counting literally bore you to sleep.
Just listen to the numbers and before you know it you will be sleeping.
