It is difficult to suffer from sleep problems and have a good night's sleep.
I once dealt it not so long ago and i can tell that i really sttuggled to sleep in time.
The current and modern culture is contributing to the problem with people tethered to work, especially in using computers and people engrossed in gadgets like cellphones and tapping some social media accounts, which is some of the reasons why peple doesnt have agood night sleep.
They make it a habit that they do not prefer time tapping to social media and became addicted to it that even at late night upto dawn, still scrolling some updates with their friends post and exchanging chat and texts.
So younger generations are struggling for normal sleeping and they only get at least 2 to 3 hrs a day ,and it is a bad sleep for everyone since our body is not a robot. We need sleep for everyday chores and works full time.
Not lately that i tend to so stay up late, because i once addicted to a mobile online game and i drink instant coffee more often , that it becomes hard for me to fall asleep because my brain is wound up, but i passed it all and i improve my sleep and now after my work i sleep early for about 8 hrs and now i dont drink coffee anymore and when i am using my phone i only use it for purpose.
Some people struggling insomnia by medication, or work related and some makes it a habit.
So to beat insomnia, you should get up at the same time every day in order to train your body to wake up at a consistent time, eliminate alcohol or stimulant like caffeine related products because it can affect your sleep and it can cause difficulty initiating sleep and it cause frequent awakenings.
To maintain your regular sleep ,limit your naps because it can affect you regular sleeping habits and your quality night time sleep.
Do. bot drink too much fluid before going to sleep because their is a tendency that it disturbs your sleep that requirring your body to visit to the bathroom.
And reduce you stress and relax your mind and body before going to sleep and i guess this are some of the effective ways in beating insomnia.
