Have patience is the hardest thing for many.

Its so easy to give up if we dont se a change or tesults at once.
But if u just belive in ur self then anything is possible.

Me and my aunt. She is a rock, bern my rock and the one who thought me that it is ok to ask for help. That was my biggest problem just couldnt.

Now I know asking for help is not a weakness but a brave move :0) so easy to help others but forget about urself ..lol

So I got to finish one of my goals and now I can ask for help and not feel weak or ashame.
That feels good :0)

Its how u feel inside that counts. Sometimes we have to high expectations on our selfs.
No need. Just by making one step u should be proud of urself and next step even more proud.

U are the only unique version of u and that for a reason. No one can be U better than U.
