This is really inspirational. If you decide to do something it depends on you. Adopting discipline and persistence in it will make the work easier and faster than you think.

Yes, take weight loss as an example, I don't know why most of my friends they put the attention on workout instead of control their diet. The ironic thing is they know they don't eat healthy and they have no time to workout (they give a lot of excuses e.g. busy, overtime work......etc). And they are keep complaining their weight without doing anything.
