Setting Goals for Yourself to Success

I used to wonder why my mum kept a dairy till I opened it one day. She had a list of all that she wanted to do for the week pen down in blue ink. Each day of the week had its own plan, a list of places she was to visit, the people she was to talk to, the things she was to purchase and all. The advantage of this is that it helped her to manage her time and resources well, leaving her fulfilled for the week because she was able to meet up to all the plans she had for the week which she crossed out once they have been achieved.
I will like to quickly share on setting goals for yourself. Short term goals, and long term goals. First, I would like you to know that to achieve anything meaningful in life, you must set goals for yourself. Ask yourself, where am I going to, what do I want to be like, what do I want to be said of me in my absence? What do I want to be known for? These questions will shape the goals you set for yourself.
Just like my mum, pen down your answers. What must you do to achieve your goals? Write It down. Writing it down helps to keep you on track. It reminds you of who and what you want to be and how far you want to go.
I would like to say, there is no success without goals. Your goals keeps the end in view. Your goals help you to map out your life and either pushes you to act or refrain you from acting. it orders your life. Start today by appropriately planning the day, week, month and year. Create habits that will help you achieve your goal.
Remember, what the mind visualize, you can actualize.
