Chapter five is heavy, but most NT books are a quick read. Motivating and inspiring, transcending human ability. John Maxwell, Tony Robbins or Gary V (whatever your taste) can never motivate like the pure milk and honey. Promises and Truth.
If, like me, you struggle with doubts and fears, failure, guilt and shame. Maybe anger or a whole host of other things. This nails it. You never have to earn the Love of God. OR His Approval. And it’s a complete waste of time to live to please any other human being.
Age will teach you that if you don’t read scripture first. My Grandfather has only ever spoken a bare minimum. He’s stoic. He is firmly rooted and I’ve watched how he takes this passage to heart. Less said, always observing. Knowing the truth and living it. Words can stir up other things.
He Leads Me Beside Still Waters....

MEEP! MEEP!

"Hello! I'm @shadow3scalpel and with the help of my protege, @chairborne, we are actively assisting veterans, retirees and active servicemen and women here on Steemit. We feel it is our 'duty' to support each other. Any questions or comments you may have, simply respond to this comment, thank you!"
(the window rolls up and the engine roars as it drives to the next person on the list)
